QuestionTwice out of the three times I've used these the battery was dead despite charging a day or two prior. Maybe the power button is getting pressed in in my bag? Poor location of the power button. Is there a way to lock the headphones so this doesn't happen?

- Answer Unfortunately, there's no way to lock the headphones but it came with a carrying case to prevent the power button getting pressed in accidentally in the bag. Additionally, It is auto sensing and will turn off if no audio signal is detected for approximately 10 minutes. If it didn't come with a carrying case when you purchased it, please submit a request at www.jbl.com/contactus and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist you.

QuestionI don't have a smart phone. I see that you have to download an app to calibrate the headphones so they will block outside noise. Can this app be downloaded to and used from a computer, or does it only work with "mobile" devices?

- Answer For me, the battery has lasted for several hours. The best part is that you can still use them after battery has died when they're plugged in to a phone or ipod, etc.

- Answer Absolutely. Because you have so many options to manipulate the bass, tremble, etc to your liking with the help of an app called My JBL Headphones which runs under both Android and iOS systems. The Elite Series would be a desirable model that any “DJ” would enjoy.

QuestionWhen does the microphone work? I have a desktop computer that does not support Bluetooth, and the microphone did not work when either the aux cable or the usb were plugged in (tried both too). Does the mic only work with Bluetooth-compatible devices?

QuestionI can't get the bluetooth to hook to my iPad pro. Any reason for that?Having issues connecting my headphones to my iPad Pro. I remember having some problems paring them with my iPhone 6s but finally got it work. Any reason why it won't even show up on the iPad? And yes, I have the bluetooth on because i paired my JBL Charge to it just to make sure.

- Answer I had the same problem. 1) Turn the headphones off. 2) turn your Bluetooth on in the iPad 3) press and hold the 'on' button on your headphones for 6-8 seconds. 4). You should see your headphones appear on your iPad
