“Twice out of the three times I've used these the battery was dead despite charging a day or two prior. Maybe the power button is getting pressed in in my bag? Poor location of the power button. Is there a way to lock the headphones so this doesn't happen?”

Unfortunately, there's no way to lock the headphones but it came with a carrying case to prevent the power button getting pressed in accidentally in the bag. Additionally, It is auto sensing and will turn off if no audio signal is detected for approximately 10 minutes. If it didn't come with a carrying case when you purchased it, please submit a request at www.jbl.com/contactus and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist you.
