• I had issues pairing with my MacBook also. I found that it needed to be updated (software). Try that out, I hope it works

• I've paired them with my iPhone, MacBook, and SP2 -- no pairing codes required -- thanks though ;-)

• JBL has had synch codes that seem more compatiable with direct connection such as to the TV, sure it's propreitary, But, I noticed it to.
