QuestionKnowing there is a model difference within the Flip 5 series (CS, GG, TL), how can we determine the serial number of online items. BB seems to only list model, SKU numbers. Thanks! ~San

- Answer Thank you for your inquiry. We can't determine the serial number of an item online. Our CS, GG & TL models come from different production centers i.e. different suppliers to fulfill the production capacity but the product specification should be the same. Products from different suppliers are just having different execution in the design but the quality should be identical.

- Answer Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Flip 5 is recommended to be paired with mobile phones, tablets, and laptops via Bluetooth connection. You can connect it to your Smart TV if it is Bluetooth capable but you may experience audio-video delays as these headphones don't have an APTX HD low latency codec.
