- Answer Our JBL Flip 5 doesn't have an Auxillary port like our Flip 4. You can connect it to your source device wirelessly via Bluetooth connection.

You can connect it to your Smart TV if it is Bluetooth capable but you may experience audio-video delays as these headphones don't have an APTX HD low latency codec.

QuestionMy JBL flip 5 has shut itself off a few times now while in use and while I was actively listening to it… not sure why … it’s not in times of non-use or low battery so it is not like a standby auto-off type of thing … it does not seem right. Suggestions?
