Q: QuestionMy JBL flip 5 has shut itself off a few times now while in use and while I was actively listening to it… not sure why … it’s not in times of non-use or low battery so it is not like a standby auto-off type of thing … it does not seem right. Suggestions?

• A:Answer If you are trying to increase your volume and you have an android, try turning on "Developer Options". Here you can disable the "Absolute Volume" which dramatically increases the volume on the phone speakers along with your devices and car speakers.

• A:Answer Our Flip 5 is not compatible with the Soundcore Flare 2 because they are different brands and use different technologies to connect with other speakers. The JBL Flip 5 uses the Partyboost feature to connect with other Partyboost enabled speakers.
