• No. That's not possible. It supports only one bluetooth connection at a time. But the switch is pretty convenient too!

• Yes. I have it paired to my cell phone, my laptop, and one of my smart tvs. Just have to toggle off the bluetooth on your phone when the other device youre trying to connect is in range.
