• It will work great if the RMS watts doesn't exceed 250. Proper gain adjustment is needed to match speaker and amplifier

• Our JBL GX1200 can handle up to 1000 watts peak, 250 watts rms. It does not matter as long as the subwoofer has higher power then the amp, you can use a 10W amp on a 100W subwoofer, there is no problem in that. The most important thing that you'll need to look out for is the impedance.
