I would suggest replacing all 4 speakers for the best sound, that's what I did in my F150. They sound great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.ALL FOUR! I have owned two 2011 F-150 Lariats and a 2014 King Ranch F-150 with stock Sony bass system. The OEM Ford speakers are absolutely a joke compared to brands such as JBL, KICKER, ALPINE, ROCKFORD FOSGATE ETC. I replaced two in my first F-150 and I set the fade 90% to the rear which is where the Kicker CS were installed. Simply due to the quality of sound and power. Buy four, very easy to install with proper connections. Hope this helps!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I put these in my 2014 F-150 and at first I only replaced the front speakers. Later I replaced the back ones and it really made a big difference. I recommend buying the two sets and going full JBL.
