Q: QuestionHey, quick question about the JBL Junior 470NC.Used it twice and now the wired mode isn’t working. Bluetooth is totally fine. But if I turn it on and then plug in the 3.5mm cable, it just shuts off. If I plug the cable in first, it won’t turn on at all.

Q: QuestionWill these headphones work wired if the battery is empty? I understand if noise canceling doesn’t work without the battery, but will sound still come through?

• A:Answer Thank you for your question. Yes, you can play music with your JBL Junior 470NC using a wired connection even the battery is empty. However, please do not leave your unit fully discharged for a long period of time to avoid any battery issues in the future.

Q: QuestionThe connection type reads "wired/wireless." I don't see any wires in the photos. Is there really an option to use a wire? If so, what type of connection does it have?

• A:Answer Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, our JBL JR 470NC headphones do have an option to use a wire, despite being primarily wireless, and photos often focus on their wireless aspect. Our JBL JR 470NC comes with a 3.5mm audio cable, allowing for a wired connection to devices. The Aux port is located on the right earcup beside the power button.
