- Answer Hey there, our JBL LINK 20 speaker can be grouped with numerous Google Home speakers on the Google Home app. Since this is done over WiFi, the limit will only be determined by the number of devices that your home network can support.

QuestionI just ordered this and i want to play music from my laptop. Will that work like my Bluetooth flip 2 did? I don't have google can i also use Alexa? I really want it to hear music from my Acer laptop . Did i just buy the wrong thing ?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out. If you want to use the JBL Link 20 as a Bluetooth speaker, you just need to finish the initial set up and then press the Bluetooth button on the top. This is to enable the "pairing mode", so you can connect your laptop or other devices. - Answer Yes it can. Go to Google Home App, go to user account icon, then go to settings . press the Assistant tap then Select Languages then Tap on Add a Language and you can choose the Portuguese (Brazil) language.

QuestionI have this speaker and brought it to Dominican Republic and now it doesn't want to charge it only shows one light charging and I have left it charging for days. There anything I could do even bought a new charger and all.

- Answer Check the wattage. It might be a lower current out there than it is in the States.

- Answer My stays connected to one device, it does not list devices and let you choose. I had to disconnect the signal on alexa to use samsung phone. I am not tech smart, but got frustrated trying to have a list of devices and just cut signal off of alexa then Samsung took. It always stays connected to alexa, but not phone.Oh it says all phones have that NCF Sony thing and you just tap the phone on the speaker to connect. I can not find a NFC Setting on my J Series Crown, Samsung.That would be great to just tap your android on speaker, I put the NFC easy connect on phone and it still will not tap, Its android 8 NFC I mean not NCF

- Answer Try connecting to a WiFi signal first. That's what I did, then set it up for my phone on Bluetooth.

- Answer Please try and reset your Google assistant speaker. Start from scratch. I installed it on the other country too and it didn't work the first time until I reset it and start over again. Good luck.
