Is this water proof null

I leave mine out by the pool all the time no issues,

Our JBL Link Portable has IPX7 waterproof rating, it is splashproof and can withstand being submerged into water for a depth of 3 feet up to 30 minutes only. Please make sure that the speaker is dry before charging again.
