• You should be able to get around 24 hours of playtime with the ANC feature OFF, the battery is rechargeable, yes

• I baught these as a gift for my wife so she can use them on her ipad while I was watching TV in the bedroom and I can't say exactly how much more charge they had in them after she useg them for 5 straight hours and yes they are rechargeable.
