• Hi Jeff, our JBL LIVE 500BT headphones features Bluetooth version 4.2 — as long as your Sony Bravia TV supports this version, you should be able to pair the headphones even wirelessly.

• They should connect with your sony tv.have a 900 series that I gave to my brother and it worked on it

• They pair for wireless use on bluetooth, so they should work with basically anything current that uses bluetooth.

• I have synced to a Insignia smart TV. You would have to try them to actually find out

• They are wireless but also comes with a very long plug to plug in directly. That is one of the reasons I bought it.
