“This may seem like an odd question but I have birds and they can be fairly noisy especially when my husband is trying to watch the news, are these headphones able to keep the noise level of birds down so he can hear his television?”

• I use mine while I'm working at a busy store, and I dont hear anything besides my music, keep in mind that TV is not music, so he might hear some background noise.
