A:Answer They don't claim to be assisted hearing devices like the OTC hearing aids or some of the claims the Airpods make, but I will say that I wear them throughout the day and they do seemingly really well canceling out background noise when I'm having conversation with people and I struggle to hear people with deep voices. These have seemed to take care of that problem for me. I also noticed that when I'm driving in the car on the highway and would normally struggle to hear people talking, they seem to cut out most of that road noise. I don't know if they are designed or even claim to do that, but I'm sold on them. I would recommend them if you can afford them and depending on how bad your hearing loss is. Hope this helps!
