“Why does only one ear bud work when on phone calls? On every other application it works but only on calls it's just one. Is there a way to get both to work on calls?”

• I am suddenly having the same issue. It was never a problem before, but now every time I am on a phone call only one headphone works.

• So far both of mines work on a phone call.. and I'm very happy with the sound and the quality
