“When listening to the JBL 1000 speakers, using the Bluetooth tethered option, every few minutes it will keep cutting in and out. Sometimes it's once or twice every three or so minutes, other times, it's constant. Can you please help troubleshoot this?”

You could isolate this issue by trying to use a different phone. If all phones are experiencing the same problem, please move the speaker to another room or spot to avoid any wireless interference present in the current location. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.
