No not compatible.

Our JBL Partybox 110 has the Partybox TWS feature, which is capable of connecting with other Partybox speakers such as the 310, 710, Encore, and Encore Essential. It is not compatible with any of our JBL Charge 4 or 5 speakers since it has different features, which are Partyboost or Connect+.
