Yes, you can. Use an auxiliary cord. Connect it to the partybox output (white and red) and connect the other end to the IN of the boombox. GUARANTEED it will work.

While JBL PartyBox has a TWS (True Wireless Stereo) feature that only allows the speaker to connect to another JBL PartyBox of the same model.
