Just received my PB 310 & the handle simply will not come out. It seems as if it’s completely stuck or hung up on the left hand side, therefore it will not release to come up. Do I need to return it or is there a simple fix I can do myself? Thanks! null

Juat a slight push down on handle.  It will pop up

Thanks for your inquiry. With our JBL PartyBox 310, first, check if anything is blocking the handle, like packaging or debris. Then, try gently wiggling the handle while applying light pressure to see if it loosens. If it’s still stuck, inspect the locking mechanism to see if it’s misaligned or stuck, and try resetting the handle by pushing it down fully and pulling it up again.
