We recommend using our devices in temperatures between 5 and 45 degrees Celsius (41 to 113 F), as any temperature lower or higher than that can affect the battery performance. Never charge if the temperature is at freezing point or lower (0 degrees Celsius, 32 F) since this will almost certainly damage the battery.
