QuestionCan two partybox 310 be connected via a cable for stereo mode apart from the TWS mode??

- Answer You can connect them via daisy chain, but they will not play in stereo. If you wirelessly sync two PartBox 310s, the audio output will be stereo. This model can be set up in stereo mode using our JBL PartyBox App, which is available for free download from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

- Answer All JBL portable devices have a PCM (Protection Circuit Module) and charge management IC built-in to prevent the unit from over charging. Once our device is fully charged, it will stop charging and discard any electrical current it receives.

- Answer We would recommend connecting the PartyBox 300 with the 310 by using the aux output on the 300 to the aux input on the 310. Please use a different cable if the audio is distorted as this could be the cause for it. Please reach out to us if you need more help.

- Answer A 120 Volt cord comes in the box. There's also a 12V port on the back that you're supposed to be able to use with a cigarette lighter in the car, but since it didn't come with that cord, I can't confirm how well that works.

- Answer It does not come with a remote or microphone. However it does have the capability to hook a microphone up as well as an app you can download that controls the lighting, bass, as well as light colors and dj effects. It is an amazing product with awesome sound!!!!

- Answer Our JBL PartyBox On-The-Go can be used with a wired microphone that is plugged into the microphone gain port located at the top of the speaker. You can also connect another wireless microphone (sold separately). A maximum of two wireless microphones are supported, or one wireless and one wired.

- Answer Our JBL PartyBox 310 can only project the sound of the mic with one speaker via the TWS feature. To achieve projecting the sound of the mic into the two speakers, you must use the daisy chain connection.

- Answer We recommend using our devices in temperatures between 5 and 45 degrees Celsius (41 to 113 F), as any temperature lower or higher than that can affect the battery performance. Never charge if the temperature is at freezing point or lower (0 degrees Celsius, 32 F) since this will almost certainly damage the battery.

- Answer Our JBL Partybox 310 doesn't come with a microphone on the box but the unit has a 6.3mm microphone input. We have a microphone that is listed on our website: https://bit.ly/351gS1o but currently sold out. You can use a microphone that has a compatible adapter for the unit.
