Q: QuestionJust received my PB 310 & the handle simply will not come out. It seems as if it’s completely stuck or hung up on the left hand side, therefore it will not release to come up. Do I need to return it or is there a simple fix I can do myself? Thanks!

Q: QuestionWe have the JBL Party Box 310. It suddenly stopped working. The only button that works is the power button and the button to change Bluetooth to USB and Aux. I can't factory reset it. It doesn't connect to my phone thru Bluetooth, USB or Aux.
