• There is a charging cord (usb) and no case.

• The Pulse 3 should have 1 Micro USB Cable and 1 Power adaptor included in it. It would auto shutoff if there is nothing playing on it.

• Should’ve been an orange cord. It auto shuts off once the music stops playing. So stop playing the music from whichever device your playing it on. After a few minutes it shuts off
