“I don’t see much on comfortability in reviews section. Do they stay in or fall out easily? Do they slide around or hurt your ears? I’ve used Bose wireless similar to these but the bud looks different. Please help!”

Definitely stay in place...have used these for over 4 years and staying secure is not an issue !

I imagine this question is going to be highly subjective depending on the shape of your inner and outer ears. For my part, they felt like wedges which were constantly trying to squeeze OUT of my ears and the little nubs didn't want to contour properly to my shape. Your mileage may vary.
