Thanks for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Soundgear Sense, we recommend cleaning the pins on the earbud and in the charging case using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.
