    • Answer Thanks for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Soundgear Sense, we recommend cleaning the pins on the earbud and in the charging case using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.     • Answer Thanks for your question. Our JBL Soundgear Sense is designed primarily for personal audio listening and not as a microphone input for JBL PartyBox speakers. While it can connect to your iPhone 15 via Bluetooth for music or calls, it can not be used as a microphone for a JBL PartyBox speaker.

    • Answer Thanks for reaching out. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Soundgear Sense. First, if the left earbud that has no sound is not charging. A simple cleaning will almost always fix this problem. Try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter can collect on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case. Next, check the balance control on your device by going to "Accessibility" settings or on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. This allows you to make one side louder than the other. Be sure that the left/right balance control is set to default (centered). Additionally, the two earpieces should normally be connected together without issue. However, sometimes, wireless interference may cause corruption between the connection of the two earpieces, causing one earpiece not to produce any sound. Forget/unpair the headphones on your device, then manually pair the two earpieces together, then pair the headphones with your device and see if this resolves your problem. However, using our JBL Headphones App, if you misplace on of the earbuds the "Find My Buds" feature in the app can help you locate it within at least 8 meters.
