- Answer We appreciate your inquiry. Yes, our JBL Tour Pro 3 has a multi-point connection feature that allows you to connect a maximum of two devices simultaneously . To activate the multi-point connection, connect the earbuds to your first device, and when connected, please double-tap the left or right earbud and hold it on the second tap for five seconds to pair it with your second device. Once the name of the earbuds appears on the Bluetooth list of your devices, please select it to connect earbuds to your devices.

QuestionHow well do they fit? Or are they like the air pods that every 20 minutes give or take you have to push them it so they don't fall out? How durable is the screen on the case? Do I need to be extra careful with loose change and keys in my pocket?

Our JBL Tour Pro 3 has a feature called "Check My Best Fit" in the JBL Headphones App. This feature will determine if you are using the correct ear tip size and the positioning within the ear canal to prevent the earbuds from falling out of your ears. To do so, feel free to download the app, scroll down to "Check My Best Fit", and click to begin the process. Additionally, the screen of our JBL Tour Pro 3 use a scratch-resistant surface with a hardness of 7H. If you puts the case in your pocket with coins, there will be no problem. However, if someone scratches the screen with a coin with very high pressure, or if there are harder substances such as sand attached to the surface of the coin, it may also cause damage to the 7H hardness surface.

QuestionIf you drop an ear bud can you located with an app or feature? The earbud is not in the case and you drop it and is under some furniture but you can find it because you dropped it and it roll to some park of the room. Thanks for your help.

- Answer Thanks for your question. It is not possible to locate the earbuds while they are in the case, as they power off when the charging case lid is closed.

- Answer Thanks for your question. Yes, our JBL Tour Pro 3 TWS earbuds are compatible with Siri, Apple’s voice assistant. It support standard Bluetooth voice control, allowing you to activate Siri by holding the touch sensor on either earbud for two seconds, after configuring this function via the JBL Headphones app.
