Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Tour Pro 3 has a feature called "Check My Best Fit" in the JBL Headphones App. This feature will determine if you are using the correct ear tip size and the positioning within the ear canal to prevent the earbuds from falling out of your ears. To do so, feel free to download the app, scroll down to "Check My Best Fit", and click to begin the process. Additionally, the screen of our JBL Tour Pro 3 use a scratch-resistant surface with a hardness of 7H. If you puts the case in your pocket with coins, there will be no problem. However, if someone scratches the screen with a coin with very high pressure, or if there are harder substances such as sand attached to the surface of the coin, it may also cause damage to the 7H hardness surface.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So far screen and case have not had any issues. Keys, change, and phone have all been in the same pocket at times with no issue. I did get a silicon case cover to aide in protection from possible drops however. Earbuds come with 5 different sizes from XS to XL as well as "foam" tips", I have not used these yet. Try the different silicon ear pieces and see which will fit. Of course as with all in ear bud style listening devices you will get some movement and need to readjust, but it is minimal. I also got a loop connector to keep them near me if they do happen to get loose and fall out before i can fix it.
