Our JBL Tour Pro 3 has a feature called "Check My Best Fit" in the JBL Headphones App. This feature will determine if you are using the correct ear tip size and the positioning within the ear canal to prevent the earbuds from falling out of your ears. To do so, feel free to download the app, scroll down to "Check My Best Fit", and click to begin the process. Additionally, the screen of our JBL Tour Pro 3 use a scratch-resistant surface with a hardness of 7H. If you puts the case in your pocket with coins, there will be no problem. However, if someone scratches the screen with a coin with very high pressure, or if there are harder substances such as sand attached to the surface of the coin, it may also cause damage to the 7H hardness surface.

    • Answer We appreciate your inquiry. Yes, our JBL Tour Pro 3 has a multi-point connection feature that allows you to connect a maximum of two devices simultaneously . To activate the multi-point connection, connect the earbuds to your first device, and when connected, please double-tap the left or right earbud and hold it on the second tap for five seconds to pair it with your second device. Once the name of the earbuds appears on the Bluetooth list of your devices, please select it to connect earbuds to your devices.

    • Answer They have great sound and solid ANC as well as what is called "Ambient Aware" so you can still hear your surroundings. Only issue is the earbuds may want to fall out, so getting a small loop to connect them together so if one or both do fall out they stay wrapped around your neck for ease of putting them back in.

  • QuestionI want to use these with my television instead of the blue tooth headphones. Will these work?

    • Answer to some degree, if you have a way of being able to connect the case to a USB- C port on your TV our audio device the case will transfer the audio from there to your earbuds. I have used this feature a number of times on my computer.
