“Can both sides be used to talk on phone individually?”

• No both can’t be used individually. You can talk on the right one only, BUT they seem to be universal because I use the right on my left side sometimes and it feels the same

• You can only use the right earbud when answering phone calls. It will automatically switch to mono mode for a much natural call experience.
