If that doesn't work, download the companion JBL app, register your buds, and see if it syncs them up. If not, you can contact support through the app if I'm not mistaken.

You may try to perform a factory reset by removing both earbuds from the case and tapping the touch control twice on the left or right buds then holding it on the third tap for 5 secs.
