- Answer Thanks for reaching out. To turn on and off the noise cancellation feature on our JBL Tune 660NC, simply press the ANC button beside the Aux port. It will help in reducing the noise while the unit is on.

QuestionAre these headphones sweat or water resistant? More specifically for gym use, if not. Are there any type of headphones like these in your brand that are?

- Answer They are not sweat resistant. If you sweat in them, the headset's earcup will soak up the sweat. They are water resistant up to 3 meters.

- Answer It is not a 3.5. I need longer audio cable and I bought a 3.5 and it was too big. I bought a 2.5 and it was too small. So what size is the audio cable? I need to get integrated in my studio. And i came to your Sherman Oaks Store and was also ill advised with the 3.5 fallacy. Lew Traver
