I believe they would be just fine for females. They have good "gripping" strength and stay on my head very well. The ear holes are a little small but are still comfortable enough to wear for hours. Not to mention they sound awesome. I would highly recommend them!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think so! I’m a female and bought them for my 16 yo son for Christmas because he is into weight lifting. I tried them on and found them a comfortable fit, stylish (because who doesn’t love The Rock), and the sound quality was great! The fact that they are built to survive a rugged environment made them perfect for my son, but I think they’d be awesome for a lady, too!!! I’d love having them!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The best for females... it doesn’t fall off it cancelles out noise but u can still press the side button to hear someone talk and you can wear a high bun and it not get in the way. Also it’s tight so it won’t fall off if lifting or doing cardio.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think these are a great headphone regardless of gender, but for indoor only. I would not recommend for outdoor workouts as the wind tends to make its way into the ear cups and create a whistle or noise.
