“I just got the Vibe 200 ear buds; on the lowest volume setting on iPhone 13 pro, they are still 55dB. Their volume feels like a level 2 or 3 for beats. The JBL headphone app doesn’t pair with them, and I feel the 55dB is far to loud for the lowest. Help?”

Did you resolve this issue? I got them for Christmas and I’m experiencing the exact same thing.
