Why can’t people hear me on the phone when using these but i can hear them ? Does anybody know how to fix this ? null

Had the same problem (Pixel 6 Pro). Go to settings & look for mono audio. Once you find it, toggle the switch to off & lower your volume to midway. Then turn back the mono audio & you should able increase the volume.

While in a call, please check if the earbuds is on mute by holding the touch control button for 2 secs.  If the issue persists, contact our customer support for further assistance.
