Thanks for reaching out. Please try putting both JBL Vibe 200TWS, left and right, in the same charging case and pairing them manually. To make sure that your earbuds are not connected to any source devices, please turn off your Bluetooth. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and tap the left and right buds three times simultaneously.
