- Answer Our JBL Vibe Beam isn't designed for workouts as this is not sweatproof. We recommend our wireless sports earbuds designed for these activities, such as JBL Endurance Peak and JBL Endurance Race series.

- Answer Thanks for your question. Our JBL Vibe Beam doesn't have built-in voice assistants like Alexa. However, if you have a device (such as a smartphone) that supports Alexa, you can use the earbuds with the Alexa app on that device.

QuestionI purchased these a few days ago and the earbuds keep turning on while in the case and idle. It has been draining the battery life and when I go to use them one is dead and the other battery is low. The case is fully charged and they still die.

This can include sweat, grease, debris, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. - Answer If you have a charger that fits 220v European outlets it will convert. You can't hard wire them in directly but you can't do that anywhere. Best buy has exactly what you need. It's a 220v to 110v step down transformer. No matter what anyone tells you about your product being "dual voltage" it's simple and safe to take a $30 converter so there is no question.
