I'm sure yours is defective and you should exchange it if you still can.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The blue light/power button is always illuminated when powered on, and if not connected to anything the speaker should be visible to other Bluetooth devices. I'm guessing your speaker is busted.
