- Answer You cannot turn off the dsp but you can still use the equalizer app on the Xtreme 2.

- Answer Just about everything you buy nowadays doesnt come with a charger bc its a way to make more but if you have a type c charger for your phone then your fine. As for the battery indicator the speaker tells you when you turn it on high medium or low charge.

- Answer Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Xtreme 2 does have a built-in battery but you also have an option to plug this device in an AC outlet. There's no harm in using the Xtreme 2 while it is connected to a power source. Our products have PCM circuits that manage the charging of the battery.

- Answer Unfortunately, our JBL Xtreme 2 is not suitable to connect with a microphone since there is no mic in port and connecting a microphone wirelessly is also not possible.

Questionhow do you open the compartment where you plug it to recharge the battery or the USB end ?

- Answer Use a coin, or something small yet firm. You don’t want to damage the speaker. It’s difficult to open the first few times, but it will eventually start to get easier and you’ll find methods to open it that’ll work best for you.

- Answer Thanks for asking. You can connect our JBL Xtreme 2 with the JBL Boombox using the Connect + feature via JBL Connect app. Here's how: 1. Connect your mobile device via Bluetooth to any of the speakers, either the Xtreme 2 or Boombox. 2. Once you're connected. Go to JBL Connect app. 3. After you see the connected speaker push the JBL Connect + button and after that push the Connect button on the 2nd speaker. - Answer Its pretty loud. It works best indoors such as an indoor pool. But if i were to give it a rating of loudness it would probably be a 8. I can turn it on full volume in my home and still hear it perfectly clear on the other side of the house.
