• You CANNOT cook on this cover! The metal is thin and you will melt the plastic handles on the ends.

• Yes!!! Quite easily I might add. I have made so far (in two weeks time) grilled cheese, steaks; shrimp.... much more to come.

• Confused by your question. Yes, it’s a stove with center griddle..so yes you may cook on all FIVE burners; including griddle. Also may ‘cook’ in the oven or convection oven. Hope this helps...
