“I was comparing the dimensions against jennair website. Jennair's cut out dimensions are different than what you list. Jennair says cut out depth 19 15/16 in and the cut out width is 28 5/8 in. You say the cut out depth is 20 3/8th etc. Which is correct?”

The cutout dimensions of the Jennair website are correct except for one thing. That only accounts for the box, The unit has hex screws on the side the protrude about 1/4 inche on all sides. So you will need to make the hole slighlty biggeror account for that when you install the unit into a counter. Ours fit snuggly in the 30 inch kitchen cabinet that we have, but the hole in the countertop had to be notched bigger where the screws went for the unit to fit.
