I have the same 20 year old downdraft that needs to be replaced. Any recommendations on an easy transition?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The draft is configured differently on the new stove. You'll need to have your system adapted. Same situation here. I just sent my new stove back because it couldn't be installed without my having extensive work done. Best Buy didn't tell me this. Maybe they don't know, but that's doubtful.
