yes it comes with a plug built into the back of the radio that you can plug into a wall outlet

Battery and plug in capable. Regular 2 prong plug can be found encased in battery compartment in back of radio. Panel slides down. See arrows indicating same.

Yes battery or plug in capable. When you insert batteries in back compartment of radio you will also find plug in cord encased there too. Note you have to slide back panel down .
