    • Answer A USB cable is provided (compact USB plugs into the fan, regular USB plugs into a standard USB wall charger). The cable is included, but the charger "brick" is not. If you already have a USB charger from a cell phone or other device, that should work. If not, they can be purchased for around $10

    • Answer The neck is not adjustable. There is a pad at the back of the unit to keep it a bit off the back of your neck, which makes the fan a bit more effective. But, there is no adjustment to make the neck longer. The fans flex apart about 1/2 inch or so by gently pulling them apart. That makes it easy to slide on and off your neck. They snap right back soon as you quit pulling them apart.

    • Answer I don't have decibel meter, but have worn the unit several times golfing and using a variety of fan speeds. I find the unit does not prevent normal conversation levels.
