- Answer LOG ONTO THE JLAB WEBSITE, YOU'LL NEED YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE SO HAVE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT HANDY. REPORT FOR WARRANTY REPAIR, THEY'LL ISSUE YOU AN RMA CASE # AND AN EMAIL OF INSTRUCTIONS. SEND IN THE HEADPHONES AND CASE ONLY ALONG WITH A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE PACKAGED AS INSTRUCTED. THEY'LL SEND YOU CONFIRMATION THAT THEY RECEIVED AND WHEN THEY SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK IT WILL BE TRACKABLE.

QuestionCan these ear buds be used one at a time? I like to wear one at a time when working and then charge it when it dies and switch to the other ear. Most earbuds only allow you to use the primary side by itself.

- Answer I have seen some reviews that say the primary bud is switchable, but I haven't been able to verify that. You can use just the right side if you like without any issues.

- Answer I do it all the time! I watch tv. late at night & sometimes all through the night… so what I do, is just pull either the left or right out of the case and listen to the news or podcasts till it dies. THEN, I put it back in the case to allow the power to turn it off, then I grab the other one & it also automatically syncs right up! Now I have been using them for like 10-15 straight hours! Just be sure that you've synced both buds SEPERATELY to your device, and you shouldn't have a problem. Hope this was helpful, & happy trucking!

- Answer Sorry this isn't an answer. it's more info for posterity sake. It's the year 2024 and I just bought JLab's 3rd Gen Air Sport. I understand the controls. I understand the governor on my phone. I used this pair on my phone and laptop. I checked all controls in the 'mixer' on my laptop. When everything in my environment is completely quiet, I enjoy my Jlabs. But it is UNACCEPTABLE how much volume JLab does not provide! I guess they are just a lame brand; the same problem time and time again, apparently across the board.

QuestionWhen you put ear buds in case and the lights are blue what does this mean? I wore mine now put them back in case are they charging?

- Answer This just means that they are on the charger correctly & are charging. Once the lights go off… they are done. If they are white, this means that you have the case plugged in & the case is charging.

QuestionMy epics keep shutting down after 10 minutes or so! Usually one at a time. I reconnect and they will disconnect again. Any guidance appectiatec, I do love the the fit of the Epics.
