A:AnswerWill your Note 20 connect to any other Bluetooth devices? If not, You have an obvious Note 20 Bluetooth issue.. If your Note 20 connects to everything but your Jlabs, take them back to Best Buy.. I'm guessing you have a note 20 Bluetooth issue, not a Jlab issue.. Google "Note 20 Bluetooth issues" and watch a couple how to fix videos.. Good luck!

A:AnswerI can't guarantee it, but I would think that any bluetooth device can be paired with your television. These are bluetooth and pair up like any other headphones would.
A:AnswerReset the earbuds and start from scratch. This happened to me. Once I reset them - I have no problems now. But, if you're still having problems - Jlab has a 2 year warranty. Contact them.
