The ear webbing is fairly strong and robust - it makes for a tight seal to the ear. To increase the stay-put power, I suggest you go for a larger set of the ear bud covers - the part that goes inside the ear. That will create additional tension to hold the earpiece in place. It might be a bit uncomfortable, but it should address your concern.

I wear mine in bed or at work and have never had a problem. With the cord around the neck, they are hard to drop or lose.
