Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I usually only wear one so I can stay aware of things around me. The sound is great with one so you wont miss out on what your are listening to. If you listen to them and you leave them out for a while you will need to pop them back in the case to reconnect there first. Then pull one or both out and use them. This might help with what you are having a probem with. I know I didnt have one in the case properly so only one charged correctly then I put it in and let it charge and all was ok. I hope this helps. I lost one of my original pairs so i only had one air bud and it works fine without its companion.
